Nova Balinese Kitchen brings the flavours of traditional Balinese cuisine to Geelong, inspired by recipes passed down through generations from a small village in North East Bali. Nova's culinary journey began in his childhood, helping his mother prepare meals and participating in Hindu ceremonies where spices were prepared. The restaurant's warm, inviting atmosphere is adorned with traditional Balinese art and furniture, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu features fresh, locally sourced ingredients with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, including Nasi Goreng, Gado Gado, and Sate Ayam.
