About the restaurant

The Glenmore proves pub-goers don't have to be drinking in a candle-lit den to be honouring the past. Interior designers have restored the heritage pub to its original features, with a thoroughly modern twist. A cocktail bar graces the first floor but the rooftop bar remains the star attraction, with spectacular views of Circular Quay and a retractable roof so patrons needn't mind the weather. On the menu is high-end pub grub, a decent list of on-tap and bottled beers, plus wines, spirits and cocktails.
