About the restaurant
The Charles Grand Brasserie and Bar mixes elegance and Art Deco style in the centre of Sydney. Start the day in the Charles Bar with breakfast, enjoy an afternoon tea with decadent desserts or the a la carte European menu for lunch and dinner. The house speciality is whole dry-aged roasted and pressed duck or Black Opal Wagyu Rump, followed by the dessert trolley.
The Charles Bar: Breakfast Monday-Friday 7am-11am. Drinks and bar snacks Monday-Saturday 11am-late
The Charles Brasserie: Lunch Monday-Saturday 12pm-3pm, afternoon tea Monday-Saturday 3-5pm and dinner Monday-Saturday from 5.30pm
