About the restaurant
It's good to see Chef Dong in St Peters. This restaurant's former (Imperial?) owners kept house with roaches - so all were sent packing and scuttling away. Now, happily in place are Weiquiang Dong and Fifi Hu and their new Chinese eatery. Remember them from Norwood's popular Fortuna Court? Dong's Fujianese (seafood) heritage sees him enjoy bringing us the likes of lobster noodles, mud crab, and whole steamed fish.
