C Restaurant offers a series of dining options from a Midweek Three Course dinner menu to a Weekend Two Course classic dinner. The selection includes innovative modern Australian fare with Italian accents such as C’s famous homemade potato gnocchi, with napolitana sauce, spinach and gorgonzola cream, semi dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese. The restaurant can also cater for food intolerance's and has a specific vegan menu. The wine list presents a solid selection of Western Australian drops and some top-end clarets that have an equally top-end price tag.
