10 William Street's somewhat incognito shopfront says a lot about its attitude; laid-back and sans the haughty attitude that is part and parcel of other Paddington establishments. The focus here is on fast, tasty Italian food that compliments a niche wine list. Most of the labels are Italian, but there's the odd special bottle from small producers around the world. The restaurant doesn't take reservations - be prepared to wait.
