Stock Market Restaurant, set in a historic flour mill on Hobart's waterfront, focuses on Tasmanian produce and offers dishes by award-winning Executive Chef Josh Retzer. Open Monday to Saturday, it serves brunch, coffee, and drinks, including a $75 bottomless brunch. The menu includes options like bacon and eggs, smashed avocado, eggs benedict, and Tasmanian salmon and chickpea salad, along with a selection of wines, beers, and cocktails.
