Pearl + Co

Pearl + Co offers an array of fresh seafood, including freshly shucked oysters, sashimi, local wild fish ceviche, Tasmanian fish and squid, seafood pasta, and scallop pies. Located on the Hobart waterfront at Victoria Dock, the bar and restaurant feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the water and nearby fishing boats. Guests can enjoy seating on the sunny outdoor deck or indoors with great bar seating and tables. The bar is well-stocked with selected spirits, delicious wines, local beer on tap, and Tasmanian ciders. Happy Hour runs every night from 4-5 pm, featuring both classic and innovative cocktails.
