La Sardina Loca

La Sardina Loca is a neighbourhood aperitivo bar nestled in Hobart's CBD, offering a cozy retreat for food and drink enthusiasts. Inspired by the vibrant cuisines of Spain and the Mediterranean, its menu boasts a selection of small plates featuring plenty of Tassie seafood and local produce. Open Mon-Thur from 4pm till late, Fri & Sat from 12pm till late, with late-night hours until 2am and Sunday closed. Guests can savour Tasmanian, domestic, and international wines, beers, and spirits, along with a rotating house cocktail list showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients. Set in one of Hobart's oldest sandstone buildings, patrons can enjoy the ambiance in the sandstone courtyard or inside the converted horse stable.
