Bush Devine Cafe @ Paulette Wines

Perched in the winery adorned Clare Valley, Bush DeVine Restaurant at Paulett Wines is where one goes to experience and indulge in native Australian flavours. Sourcing a lot of their ingredients from the onsite indigenous Australian bush food garden (also open to the public) the dishes here are about keeping it simple, using native ingredients with modern Australian touches. Expect gum-leaf smoked meats, native plum condiments and fresh warrigal greens. Don’t forget to sample the wines at the cellar door.

Cellar door is open 10am – 5pm and the restaurant is 10am – 4pm.
