About the restaurant
Wassail Wine Bar is a new joint opened by locals in Prospect, so proudly local that all drinks served are from South Australia. The menu also uses local produce to make Italian and Indian style bar snacks and meals. Wassail, meaning ‘to toast to one's health' in Old English along with the charming chandelier made out of wine glasses, antique mirrors and wine barrels, makes it a delightful spot for a mid-week tipple.
