Aux Fines Bouches is an authentic French patisserie, right down the the black and white chequerboard tiles on the floor. This little slice of Paris is on Brighton's main drag, a 10-minute walk from the beach. Sample one of the perfectly formed delicacies in the counter, from the duo au chocolat to the eclairs au grand marnier. Baguettes are sold fresh from the oven on Saturdays - the perfect way to start the weekend.
