About the restaurant
Wah Hing happily salt and peppers everything. Eggplant (a crowd favourite), soft shell crab and of course squid, to name a few. Extract yourself from the S&P menu to appreciate the duck dishes, scallops in XO sauce, and spicy Ma Po tofu with minced beef. A modern cafe look makes it one of Chinatown's fresher Chinese eateries, it is acoustically annoying, and packed with flavour.
