About the restaurant
The Flinders Street Project brings award-winning casual cuisine to Adelaide's East End. The popular cafe draws crowds of breakfast and brunch diners on the weekends and bustling lunch crowds throughout the weekdays. The menu is light and offers the likes of open Danish sandwiches and Clare Valley poached eggs, avocado, lime, halloumi and ciabatta. Check their website for Saturday night food projects which feature a degustation menu created by the head chef and matched with local wines, seats are limited.
