Botanic Gardens Restaurant in Adelaide has been reborn as  Restaurant Botanic. Set in the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens, a short walk from the CBD, this stunning restaurant overlooks a tranquil pond, the windows reflecting the surrounding greenery. This unique heritage building in the Royal Botanic Gardens has undergone a stunning renovation with a new open kitchen, and a new wine cellar offering the best South Australian wine and wines from around the world.  Restaurant Botanic now has an open kitchen with 12 seats surrounding the action, allowing Executive Chef Justin James and his team to present an interactive 'chefs table' dining experience.
