Inside, it’s all millennial pink and marine blue, including the shimmering blue-tiled pizza oven at the kitchen’s heart. Pizzas are at the heart of Madre, serving authentic and Napolitano-style pies with bases made from Italian flour - made with Italian Tipo 00 flour, seawater (yes, seawater) and a sourdough mother.
