Peel Street has cranked up it's cool-o-meter again. This time with La Rambla's tapas and cocktails. There are three levels of hip here, two bars, a lounge, and upstairs deck. Summon some sangria and try tastes of grilled baby squid in Galician dressing, spicy Spanish meatballs, and sliced Angas steak swathed in a blue cheese sauce.
