About the restaurant
The Waterfront Hotel is a dining, accommodation and entertainment destination, set right on the water's edge at Diddillibah, a suburb on the Maroochy River about five minutes from Maroochydore. The bistro offers the best views in the house, with a glass-walled dining room and spacious verandah both overlooking the river. The kitchen specialises in quality cuts of meat on the char grill, plus Modern Australian offerings like burgers, chicken schnitzel and fresh seafood.
