About the restaurant
Proof BBQ & Booze is in Toowoomba city centre, in the Darling Downs region, 90 minutes west of Brisbane.
They have a motto - "Meat by the pound - Whiskey by the drink". With burgers, meat by the half pound or full pound, wings and more, Proof BBQ & Booze will satisfy the carnivore in all of us. And whiskey lovers will be delighted too.
