From My Kitchen Rules fame to the The Esplanade in Hervey Bay, EAT by Dan and Steph offers water views, coupled with a modern Australian café menu. If a peanut butter and fig jam jaffle or a breaky burrito bonanza isn’t your thing, there’s also calorie-friendly chia and oat bircher and an EAT white omelette. The cheekily named menu doesn’t disappoint on the plate either. Creativity can be seen in each dish with a sous vide chicken salad, tossed with a basil aioli and bacon, corn and cheese croquettes.
