About the restaurant
Kingfisher Bay Resort is set on the pristine, heritage-listed Fraser Island and the eco-friendly property is the perfect place from which to explore rainforests, valleys and beaches. The resort's signature Seabelle Restaurant offers a Modern Australian menu that draws inspiration from the bush tucker of the local Indigenous people and the produce of island life: fresh seafood and home-grown vegetables. The restaurant is located in the resort's dramatically designed Centre Complex.
