About the restaurant
At the northern end of Cairns iconic waterfront esplanade is Paper Crane restaurant. Located inside Riley, a Crystalbrook Collection Resort, Paper Crane offers a unique Asian dining experience. The menu features modern Asian classics, using tropical Queensland produce to create unforgettable dishes, enjoyed in a cool, hip location. Local mud crab in Singaporean sweet chilli sauce is a standout dish, as is the hoisin duck rolls. DJ’s feature every Friday and private dining and tasting menus are also available.
