About the restaurant
Born from 'rona and redundancies, ex Stokehouse Q staff Ollie Hansford, Aleks Balodis and Stephen Overty wanted to combine their collective Michelin knowledge with their passion for Australian cuisine and they opened a cheeky Spaghetti Bar in Teneriffe in Brisbane. Like the name, Spaghetti is at the heart of Siffredi’s menu whilst avoiding being strictly Italian. The vibrant menu consists of exquisitely crafted spaghetti dishes with a concise array of flavours. The simple wine list is regularly recycled - ensuring there is always something new to tantalise those taste buds. Siffredi’s boasts a bright and clean aesthetic brought to life through emerald green, pink and white colours, all while creating a cosy interior space and outdoor terrace.
