Nostimo Restaurant & Bar

Nostimo Restaurant & Bar has opened in the The Greek Club after their $3 million renovation. Nostimo seats 75 diners inside the restaurant and 85 on the terrace. Acclaimed Sydney-based Greek chef David Tsirekas is their chef in residence who has brought his signature approach to the restaurant, drawing upon techniques he�s honed in his role as executive chef at Sydney�s 1821. The restaurant will present a modern interpretation of a traditional Greek dining experience, expect to find signature dishes such as zesty barbecued swordfish kalamaki skewers on a bed of traditional black-eye bean fasolada soup.
