About the restaurant
Residing within the five-star luxury Emporium Hotel, Signature is a modern Australian restaurant with an opulent décor. In Brisbane’s South Bank, Signature emulates old world elegance with its swish dining room with slashes of pale pink and burnt orange and a custom built cellar (housing over 6000 bottles) as the backdrop. The 60-seater dining room is also home to a beautiful, exclusive 12-seater private dining room. The modern Australian menu plays homage to the best Queensland produce including Eugowra quail, Murray River cod, and Flinders Island lamb and there’s also a dedicated vegan menu.
