There's nothing cryptic about what's on offer at Ribs & Burgers. Set on trendy James Street in Fortitude Valley, these guys are serious about their protein; all meat is free range, grass fed and free from hormones, antibiotics, steroids, binding agents and flavourings. All the sauces and bastings are made in-house, with the restaurant's famous Pink Sauce based on a secret family recipe. Chow down on premium steaks, eight-hour slow-cooked beef, pork or lamb ribs or juicy burgers.
