Some of Fortitude Valley's best dumplings can be found at Fat Dumpling. There's a simple menu of poached, fried, or steamed dumplings, which are handmade daily. Fillings are made with authentic recipes from northern China and whether you choose the pork, prawn, chicken, fish or vegetarian, the dumplings here are fat, juicy and packed with flavour. Finish the meal with peach spring rolls, served with vanilla bean ice cream.
