About the restaurant
You have to love a chef who weighs every one of his eggs before cooking them, at Taro's Ramen and Cafe he does just that. And they are just one component of his revered ramen. No he is not noodles but those he crafts are the real deal. He makes them daily with a machine and special water both imported from Japan. This is passion folks, and Brisbane is most grateful.
