Centro commands an impressive position at Brisbane's Eagle St Pier, overlooking the colourful lights of the city reflected in the Brisbane River. Since it first opened in 1992, this restaurant has drawn crowds to its dining room, spilling out onto a terrace. The menu may be titled Modern Italian, but Il Centro's creations are unashamedly Queensland and delicious. Expect friendly service in relaxed, welcoming surrounds.
