This Annerley cafe is a little gem with an innovative menu that reflects the kitchen's Vietnamese roots while incorporating some western traditions. Slices, cakes, muffins and biscuits are baked in-house and the rice paper rolls and the pho on offer are second to none. The beans come care of Toby's Estate but we reckon you should keep things traditional and try a Vietnamese coffee in all its condensed milky goodness.
