Inspired by the long lunches and dinners shared among family and friends in Spain, Vaquero in Albion celebrates the rustic and loving side of Spanish cuisine. The team have a strong focus on creating seasonal dishes with a paddock to plate approach. Changing seasonally and occasionally daily, this is a menu that is fresher than fresh and designed to be shared. An extra element of smokiness comes from the charcoal oven that adds depth and character to the dishes.
