This Darwin restaurant is hip and edgy, its DIY Korean barbecue burners sitting beneath dangling vacuum exhausts and graffitied walls encircling the dining room. At lunchtime, an a la carte menu of traditional Korean dishes is available. After dark, throw pork belly, soju chicken or a porterhouse steak on the barbie.
