Not just your average steakhouse, Char Restaurant at Admiralty House occupies a prime location overlooking Darwin's green-lawned esplanade and the sea. The restaurant is housed in the charming, heritage-listed Admiralty House, which is spacious and offers both indoor and al fresco seating. As its name suggests, Char's specialty is red meat cooked to perfection on the grill. Beef is sourced direct from producers and aged for five weeks before it hits your plate.
