Mangata takes on the Pitjantjatjara name for desert quandong, its fleshy fruit crisp and tangy and rich in vitamin C. Mangata offers the perfect start to your day, serving a delicious buffet breakfast to ready you for a day of exploring the outback. For lunch and dinner, the Bistro & Bar offers a diverse range of light meals showcasing the finest Australian produce with notes of bush tucker flavours throughout. The contemporary indoors flows seamlessly to an outdoor terrace, where you’re surrounded by the native greens of the iconic gardens of the hotel. Offering a range of sandwiches, burgers, pastas, tapas and salads, this is the perfect place for a relaxed lunch or supper; or simply unwind with a cocktail or nightcap at the bar.
