Salmon & Bear

Salmon and Bear is a casual seafood eatery in Zetland, a suburb in Sydney's inner-east, bordered by Kensington and Alexandria. Here, fish is grilled in a Mibrasa charcoal oven and served with the classic sides of chips, lemon and tartare sauce. There are burgers here, too, stacked with salmon, crispy fish or tuna steak or diners can try something different with fish or crispy prawn and fennel tacos stuffed with cabbage, pickled onions, coriander, lime and sriracha mayo.
