About the restaurant
Going back to grassroots, The Grumpy Baker in Vaucluse is all about crafting artisan style bread from back in the day. Tables and chairs line the outside of the large open shopfront window where visitors can enjoy freshly baked goods like the famous sourdough, pain au chocolat, and gourmet pies which change with the seasons. Single Origin beans fill the coffee machine and cups of locals who flock for their daily loaves.
