With its sun-drenched dining room, pastel pink chairs and floral artwork, The Botanica is picture-perfect, drawing in the Eastern Suburbs ladies who lunch. Looks aside, however, the kitchen has serious credentials and a farm-to-fork philosophy that is more than just a catch phrase. Executive chef Perry Hill sources the restaurant’s ingredients from Jamberoo Valley Farm near Kiama and also from the kitchen garden, which customers overlook in the restaurant.
