About the restaurant
Atop the glamorous Establishment Hotel, Sushi e restaurant is centred around a large island bench, which in turn encloses four sushi chefs, who are trained not only in the art of sushi but are there to deftly guide you through an exceptional dining experience.
Open for lunch Monday-Friday and dinner Monday-Saturday.
