About the restaurant
Kuon Omakase is a 12-seater fine-dining Japanese restaurant, located in Darling Square in Sydney's CBD. This intimate restaurant is designed to allow diners to marvel as they watch the chefs skill creating dishes as they have never experienced before. The freshest seasonal fish features in the sushi and nigiri, the best cuts of Wagyu beef and local seasonal ingredients make up this beautifully presented set menu. Reservations are are made in advance around one month prior, when the next month is released.
