About the restaurant
A little slice of the tapas bar culture from San Sebastian all the way to Sydney’s CBD. From the Spanish word ‘topar’, which means ‘to come across’ or ‘run into’, this Palings Lane bar aspires to be a little getaway for business workers to feast on tapas and pintxos with a sneaky aperitivo. The concise menu, created in collaboration with former Felix chef Lauren Murdoch has a Mediterranean coast vibe with small snacks along with tapas cooked on ‘la plancha’ (the grill).
