About the restaurant
It's unusual to find a cafe with a cult following in Sutherland, but White Horse Coffee is not your run-of-the-mill coffee shop. It's run by former Australian Barista champion Dominic ‘Domtron’ Majdandzic and coffee aficionado Matthew ‘Ristretto’ Sprem, both of whom will remember your name and how you like your brew. There are a few simple cafe dishes on the menu, but you're here for the hand-roasted, ethically sourced beans and the magic these baristas make with them.
