Warike Restaurant & Bar
Surry Hills, Sydney, New South Wales
About
The name 'Warike' is often used in Peru in reference to a restaurant hidden down a laneway where people can eat delicious food. Head Chef Hector Chunga is a graduate of a leading culinary school in Lima and has worked as a chef in Peru, Japan and Australia. He brings the flavours of Peru to Sydney-siders at Warike in Surry Hills, seasoned with a pinch of Australian cuisine. Ceviche, seafood and meats cooked over charcoal are on the menu, as well as vegetarian options. Open Wednesday to Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch.
