About the restaurant
From the team behind The Soda Factory comes Rosie Campbell's, a Carribean-themed hangout in Surry Hills that's all about jerk chicken and rum. The signature chook is marinated in a house-made jerk sauce and served with coconut-infused rice, peas and "sunshine" slaw. Some other imaginative menu items, like jerk pork dumplings and a soft-shell crab burger, keep things tasty and interesting. Patrons have their pick of rums from America, Cuba and the Caribbean.
