About the restaurant
Gilda's is in the inner eastern suburb of Surry Hills, adjacent to Sydney's CBD.
Lennox Hastie of Firedoor fame has opened Gilda's, inspired by Spain's Basque country and home to the original pintxo. The menu is designed for a quick bite, a few snacks with drinks at the bar or as a shared meal. The wines feature Spanish drops, with French, Italian and Australian wines also on the menu.
