About the restaurant
Perched on the banks of the scenic Hawkesbury River at Sackville, Cooks Shed is a mecca of local produce served in a relaxed space. Ran by Chef Martin Boetz, the shed is a space for functions, weddings, location shoots, cooking classes and special dining events. With walls of corrugated iron and high exposed beams from the roof, the long timber tables are made for hearty feasts, laughter with good company and a good drop of wine, of course.
