Swallow Coffee Traders

Swallow Coffee Traders occupies a small sunny shop near Rockdale station and has garnered a serious reputation for its outstanding espresso. Co-owners Jess Hol and Angus Nicol have swathed the space is Swallow graffiti and coffee paraphernalia, including specialty coffee extraction method equipment such as test tubes and Bunsen burners. The mod-Oz café fare is well-crafted and on weekends a complete breakfast menu is put into full-swing. Swallow has a loyal local following, but for coffee birds in the Inner-West and East, it's time to fly south.
