Vic’s Meat Market at the Sydney Fish Markets is all about the raw experience. The store is full of quality locally-sourced meats, barbequing utensils and condiments. From chicken and grass or grain-fed steaks to wild boar and dry-aged beef, it is really a carnivore’s paradise. Adjacent to the store is a wagyu tasting bar and smoked goods barbeque. Vic’s Premium Quality Meat was established by the father and son team Victor and Anthony Puharich.
