Rumble at The Star Sydney

Rumble is located in Star Sydney, 10 minutes from the CBD. Step into old Asia with the interior using rattan screens, murals and bamboo hats adorning the walls and expect a menu using bold flavours from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. There is an Australian twist on the menu such as in the black Angus short ribs rendang style (however don't go past the sticky bbq pork bao buns). The wine list is comprehensive and the cocktail list is inventive with the use of Asian herbs and fruits.
