Mister Percy @ Ovolo Hotel 1888 Darling Harbour

Housed in a former historic wool store in the heart of Pyrmont, Mister Percy is a collaboration between Sydney chef Justin North and Ovolo Hotel 1888 Darling Harbour. The name is a tribute to Mister Ewart Percy, a wool-classer and Australian gentleman who was not averse to a glass or three of red wine. Ideal for a pre- or post-theatre meal with the Sydney Lyric Theatre just around the corner. The European-inspired menu has a range of pinchos to start.
