Don't be fooled by the anonymous entrance in the shady car park, once through the red-painted door, you'll realise this casual dive has brought social dining to its corner of Penrith in a big way. The blackboard menu boasts 20-odd share dishes that incorporate the flavours of Spain, Morocco and the Middle East. The decor looks like it was put together in a hurry, but The Union is friendly and affordable and that's what keeps its clientele coming back.
